The things people ask before they paste their first link.
What are Open Graph tags?
Small lines of code in your page's head that tell apps which title, description and image to show when someone shares your link. The main ones are og:title, og:description and og:image.
What size should my preview image be?
1200 × 630 pixels works everywhere. Keep the file under about 300 KB so WhatsApp shows it, and keep important text away from the edges because some apps crop to a square.
Why does my old preview still show after I fixed it?
Apps save previews for days. Pagneto tells you how to refresh each one, and for a Pro short link we serve the new preview straight away.
Do I need separate tags for X?
X reads your Open Graph tags, but it needs twitter:card set to summary_large_image to show the big image. Pagneto adds it for you.
My site is built with React. Will previews work?
Only if the tags are in the HTML the server sends. Apps don't run your JavaScript. Pagneto shows you what the apps actually see, so you'll know straight away.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. The Free plan needs only an email address. You add a card when you start Pro or Ultra.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, with one click in Settings. We email you before every renewal, and your QR codes and short links keep working after you cancel.
How do I get paid when I sell?
Buyers pay by card, Apple Pay or PayPal through Stripe. Money goes straight to your own payout account, minus the card fee and the plan's small fee per sale.
What can I sell?
Anything digital: courses, ebooks, presets, templates, music, coaching calls and memberships.
Is the checker really free?
Yes. The checker and all fifteen free tools stay free. You only pay for hosted images, links you can change, and stats.

Terms of service
1. Who we are
Pagneto is a service of Amaete Venture Studios ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of pagneto.com, the Pagneto app, and any page, link, QR code or email you create with them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Pagneto. Keep your password safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your content
You own what you put on Pagneto. You give us permission to store, show and send it only so we can run the service for you. You promise you have the right to share everything you upload.
4. What you can't do
No spam, scams, malware, hate, harassment, adult content shown to minors, or anything illegal where you or your audience live. No selling things you don't have the right to sell. No sending email to people who did not ask for it. We can pause or remove a page, link, QR code or account that breaks these rules. Anyone can report a page at report@pagneto.com.
5. Selling on Pagneto
When you sell, you are the seller. You are responsible for your products, refunds to your buyers, and any tax on your sales. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal under their own terms. We take the fee per sale shown on the pricing page.
6. Plans, billing and cancelling
Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. We email you before every renewal. You can cancel at any time in Settings, and we refund the unused part of a yearly plan if you ask within 30 days of a renewal.
7. Links and QR codes after you leave
If you stop paying or close your account, your short links and QR codes keep sending people to their last destination. You lose editing and stats. We may stop a link that breaks section 4.
8. Email sending
Email is limited by your plan. People on your list must have agreed to hear from you, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We can pause sending if too many emails bounce or are marked as spam.
9. Our service
We work hard to keep Pagneto running, but we can't promise it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Privacy policy
What this covers
How Pagneto collects and uses information about you, the people who visit your pages, and the people on your email list.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email, and payment status (card details stay with our payment providers). Your content: pages, products, posts, links and lists you create. Visit data: pages viewed, links clicked and QR codes scanned, with country, device and referring site. We do not store full IP addresses for analytics.
How we use it
To run Pagneto, show you your stats, send the emails you ask us to send, keep accounts secure, and tell you about changes to your plan. We never sell personal information.
Who helps us
We use trusted providers to run the service: Vercel for hosting, Stripe, Polar and PayPal for payments, an email delivery provider for sending, and Anthropic for AI writing. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Our analytics work without tracking cookies, so your visitors don't see a cookie banner because of us.
Your choices and rights
You can see, download, correct or delete your information in Settings, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act give you these rights, and we honour them for everyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
Children
Pagneto is not for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
